Alright, this is my first critique. Anyways, the art style simply blows me away. Not a lot of people know that I like steampunk style, and this captures the very essence of that genre. And combining it with ponies makes it even better. Everything from the floating town hall to the form that the TARDIS has taken on. Truly, this is a work of art and the artist should be very well commended for their work. Even the smaller details just seem to pop out and say "Look at me!" I'll finish off this with something I tell a lot of writers and artists, "If you have an idea, no matter how crazy or silly it might be, just go for it! You never know what might come of it."

Great galloping galoshes, this is gorgeous! A more intimate blending of the colors and attractiveness of Ponyville with the unique and solid stylings of Steampunk my eyes have never yet beheld!
Your attention to detail is, as always, amazing. Much like your work Celestial Crevasse, there's a lot to take in, and it takes a solid few minutes to fully process every detail. And while in Celestial Crevisse everything is so glowy and mysterious, inviting adventure, I think here everything looks softer and simpler, depicting the more relaxing life day-to-day life of Ponyville.
I also really like the asymmetry of it all, how Sweet Apple Acres is so close while Canterlot is so far, or the design of town hall; the slanted angle gives it a much more life-like feel to it, and offers a number of new viewpoints to look at.
I will give one solitary criticism, and that is the positioning of the ponies. In Celestial Crevasse, there was a fairly equal distribution of things and characters to look at throughout the image, but here, all the characters seem pushed to the foreground. 33 of the 42 characters are on the ground in the lower half of the image, and since they have such bright colors to them, they often stand out dramatically from the largely green background. Because of this, the bottom half of the picture looks crowded, while the top half seems disproportionately devoid of ponies. Not a huge problem, but it is noticeable.
Other than that, the picture is beautiful! The originality of the design and the colors just make it all pop delightfully! You've got a whole universe in that pen of yours, keep it up!
