It truly is. And I believe that even if SOPA/PIPA passes and the Internet is taken by the corporations, we will not go quietly into the night. We will not roll over and die. We will stand, we will fight, and we will make them regret opposing the largest international digital force on the planet.
It's like SOPA's bigger, meaner older brother. It's stricter, closer to passing, affects more than just the internet (tourism, medicine in 3rd-world countries, trade, etc.), and it's not just in any one country. It's a global treaty. Any country who signs it has to follow it. That includes Puerto Rico.
